Life Choices Baby Bottle Collection Drive ‘I thank God for Life Choices and the people who work/volunteer there. I am grateful.” This is a quote from Nan, a client at Life Choices Center. This is an easy way that we as a church help others like Nan find what they need at Life Choices Center. Simply pick up a baby bottle, fill it will cash, check, or coins and return it by Sunday, February 28th. Life Choices Center is looking to raise $55,000 (we helped with $713.75 last year)! All to help women and men in our community before, during, and after unplanned pregnancies. Let’s join them in making this campaign a huge success! Ongoing Ministries
Health and Wellness Our bodies are “the tents” that the Lord has given us to house our souls. Begin to take care of the body which God Has given you. Check your blood pressure, blood sugar, and weight every Sunday in the Parish Hall 9-10AM. Please see Dolly Shaller or Carmen Swoffer-Penna for more details.

Pantry Needs:canned meats (ham, chicken and beef), dry cereals (other than corn flakes), juice (other than grapefruit and cranberry), coffee singles, iced tea mix, and hot chocolate, sugar, flour, 1 lb. bags of rice, condiments (mustard, mayo, ketchup, steak sauce, soy sauce, salad dressing, etc.), pickles and pickle relish (dill or sweet), olives, sugar free and low sodium products, crackers, cookies and anything else you’d like to bring.

This Week
This week’s sermon is based on James 1:13-18.
Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am being tempted by God,” for God cannot be tempted with evil, and he himself tempts no one. But each person is tempted when he is lured and enticed by his own desire. Then desire when it has conceived gives birth to sin, and sin when it is fully grown brings forth death. Do not be deceived, my beloved brothers. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change. Of his own will he brought us forth by the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures. (James 1:13-18 ESV)
